Oh, yeah. Imma smash some heads.

Well, now, the last time I played a Vigilante (in an IRL game), I took a random shot in the dark the first chance I got and wound up hitting the Cop. So of course I want to take a shot tonight. {:P}

Theoretically, it's probably not best for me to take a shot tonight, but I'm going to anyway for a few reasons:

1. The Mafia will probably not expect me to be the Vigilante if I take people out early.

2. The prospect of a trigger-happy Vig might spur the Town to be a bit more active.

3. I have these sweet powers and I might not get a chance to use them, which would be a shame.

I'm going to use my power to take out hezekiah. He seems to wind up surviving fairly late in the game reasonably often, and no one really has a good grip on reading him (I know I don't). I don't really have a huge suspicion of him as Mafia, but he's really hard to read either way. Best to take out a wild card when I have a chance. {:P}

I would like to tie him to a post and stone him.

Ha! How's that for a stroke of luck? There really was nothing to indicate hezy's alignment one way or the other, but my reckless move winds up paying off!

Sorry about that, hezy--it's probably not especially fair to you since you didn't do anything wrong. I just wanted to take someone out, and from my perspective you would have been one of the more dangerous players if you were Mafia since you're good at the under-the-radar game. Also figured you probably didn't have a power role since you didn't post much yesterday. Still, I'm lucky you did turn up Guilty--with the Assassin taking action, we would have been down three people otherwise.

Heh, indeed. It's what I hoped for.

Crazy theory time: Redack and Yeano are both Mafia. Because of reasons.

It's possible Redack's pulling what I did that one game with #85--diverting the lynch off himself with one on a random person. But I think I'll go with it for now and see what happens. I'd rather not lynch one of our better players without being as sure as possible.

Interesting...Redack did something similar in my conversation with him that he did with MM9. Three possibilities:

1. Redack is Mafia and was trying to get a bandwagon going on Castrael without implicating himself.

2. Redack is a Townie who just has very strong suspicions of Castrael.

3. Redack is the Cop and got a Guilty verdict on Cas.

...the last one has me a little worried, but, well, I'm not sure why Redack would spend an investigation on Castrael if he were the Cop. He's been able to read her very well in the past, at least.

Well, well, well. Looks like Redack helped us take another Mafia member down after all. Unless he was using her as a sacrificial lamb (lose Cas to make himself look more innocent), I'm less worried about him now...besides, odds are good the Mafia will target him soon anyway.

I shan't be using my powers tonight. Even if I don't get targeted, I'm not nearly sure enough right now to take a shot and I'd rather see how things play out.

That title of the Day round made me sure that I was dead. {:P}

Amazing how much that single use of the Janitor has managed to confuse the issue.

I must say, I find myself agreeing more with Speed than with Yeano. Which is a new experience for me. {:P} I don't trust Yeano at all this game.

I'm feeling a big post coming on soon. Just have to find a time to let it all out.

So much for the safe choice. {:P} I was online and I thought about pointing out that CtR was hardly the only relatively inactive player, as well as the fact that he always, ALWAYS seems suspicious to people even when he's innocent. But then, I wasn't sure about him either (I probably would have targeted him tonight if we had killed Yeano), so I just waited to see what happened.

Yeano actually made a good point with his fancy numbers--too bad that was only a small part of why I considered him fishy in the first place. I didn't bother to address it because I had already decided only one of us would survive this night. Despite my second-guessing, I'll target Yeano tonight to be hung, drawn, and quartered, and hopefully I'll survive to see it done (I am always so paranoid every night that I'm going to die).

WOW! Man, offing hezekiah was a REALLY risky move at the time, but I think this might just be the payoff. They probably didn't expect me to take such a risky shot as the Vigilante.

Sadly, I don't expect I'll survive any more night rounds. But I'm content with how I played this game.

I'm a dead man. MM9 all but confirmed it, and it's a no brainer choice for tonight anyway. Plus I don't have any HUGE suspicions at this point (my long post likely would have been disappointingly bereft of exciting revelations), so I think my killing days are over. I'm ready to join MM9 and Yeano in the Dead Thread.
