When creating a new game thread, the panel uses the post topic(the selection determined by active roles) to assign permissions. Changing the topic afterwards with the mod tool, however, will NOT effect the permissions.

With the first host thread, I neglected to assign it a topic, making it an open thread. I thought I fixed it by changing it's topic to "Host", but that had no effect on the permissions, so everybody could still access it.
