Everything seems to be more complicated than I'm giving it credit for, but I'm working through finishing the last pieces of the Top Header project. So far I've got all the previews done, and this:

People Viewing definitely works layout-wise, but I realized the underlying script is getting upgraded to the Big Brother system so there was no point in rebuilding that feature yet.
The new notifications system is really cool, and the version I have will be live rather than a placeholder for content. That's what I'm working through now. Might give you guys a preview of the feature.
I also made some progress through the main template. Will probably end up rewriting it once I'm done with other projects since I've gained some skills in the past couple weeks dealing with a joint project with Clarkey.
I've also been working on something (taking a break now) that will be up (here, not just the revamp) on the 26th. Not revealing what until then, but I think you guys will like it :)
