Mobile & Flash Games

No ideas yet, but it needs more post-based games. One or two could even be advertised up top to get some initial people to join it.

In the DBZ forum on the original GT I recall we played a game where someone would post a characters name and the next person would post a character whose name started with the last letter of the first characters name.

So to illustrate, "Goku --> Uub --> Bulma" and so on. The basic concept can be applied to any subject, but it's better to have a broad subject, otherwise you'll run out of material pretty quickly.

Oh yeah, I've done a version of that one IRL whereby you said a name, and the next person had to say a name whereby the first letter of the first name had to be the same as the first letter of the last name before you.

So, for example, if I said "Jennifer Love Hewitt," and the next person said, "Harry Potter," and the next person said, "Paul McCartney," and so on and so forth. There were rules IRL which required some sort of order of turns to make sense, so I'd just throw those out and say that if someone says a single name (such as "Mario"), the next person has to do like Nova's game above and say a name starting with the last letter ("Oliver Cromwell," for example).

Or, how about an ABCs game, like I've seen in various forums in the past? Someone could think of a theme, and then you'd have to say words/names within that theme whose first letters follow the ABCs. I've seen it done in Music, in Pointless, in Smash Bros., in Mario, in...almost any other forum I can think of off the top of my head.

How about a story-type game that involves numbers. Basically each poster tells a sentence or two of a story, but each poster has to use the next number to build upon it. Like:

1. ONE day, a man was walking around the park...

2. When he came across TWO people, a man and a woman...

3. Each of which had THREE dogs...

Obviously, the stories hopefully wouldn't be this lame, but just to give you the gist of the idea.

It would continue like this with the next poster adding a line with the number four, then five, six, etc.

Off-topic, but the light bluish-purple for OP replies is actually pretty sweet.
