The Town was awakened to a fearsome message: an address, was found written in blood on the wall of Town Hall. It was quickly determined that the address pointed to a hotel room on the outskirts of town, where the body of Zanic was discovered. A quick search of the room revealed that the sparse hotel room was suitable only for a brief stay; while no one knew what his job actually was, it was obvious that Zanic was the Town Commuter.
When the Town met at their daily meeting to discuss these ongoing problems, it took them a while for them to realize that Zanic wasn't the only loss they suffered that night. It wasn't at all unusual for people not to see Pirate_Ninja around due to his ninja status, but normally he did manage to make it to the meetings (when he wasn't plundering nearby neighborhoods). That wasn't the case today, and it was eventually discovered that he, too, was missing.
