Hello and welcome to your very own tavern, hezekiah! You are the Town Drunk. Here, we have an assortment of very strong drinks that you're quite fond of - but you hate drinking alone, so every night, you may target someone to bring out drinking! The person you target will be having too much of a good (or bad) time out with you that they'll be completely distracted from their night actions, effectively blocking them from performing their duty.

It is not mandatory to target someone every night. You also may not target the same person two nights in a row.
