I was hoping to get a few reactions to read with that post I made, but as I feared it came a little late. Not much I could do about that, unfortunately, since between funeral stuff and Adventure I didn't stand a chance of keeping up with the rare novelty of an eventful Day 1. Ideally (a Latin word meaning "not in my lifetime"), it could still maybe hint of Traitor, which actually isn't me this time. Which could be handy, since it appears to have become trendy in recent times to kill me (:$)

I was actually considering a check of FAW last night because she's been quiet, but decided on Lady Flare instead because something about her posts felt a little suspect. They actually kinda reminded me of the game she was the Replacement (who turned mafia).

ehhhhhhh I'm not surprised, but it sucks all the same. I really didn't think he was mafia, but leaving it open-ended could've been even worse. The mafia could easily choose not to execute, spurring people into going "oh he's probably mafia then, let's lynch him today" and making a bad situation worse.

as for today...I think I'm going to have to push my luck a bit because I feel like the town's going to need all the help it can get if it wants to stand any chance of winning (*pause for laughter after implying that I am help). Without some kind of revelation, it seems like people have an itchy trigger finger on Speed over anyone else and I feel like that could go either way. He likes to joke around, but it could just as well be a strategic reversal from his last game as mafia where he got lynched for being too quiet. Since the ratio is probably rather close, I think it'd be helpful to find out whether he's someone worth going after.

we might not be able to afford another mislynch, so I'd rather know whether the most likely target is a safe one. I could act on a guilty verdict for him without making it too obvious, or try to pursue something else if he comes up clean. Checking someone else might catch me a mafia member, but it might not be a case I can push convincingly without revealing when I'd really like to get at least one more night.
