Day 5

Upp all night to get lucky? Yeah, not so much. Xhin the Insomniac had stayed up longer than anyone should stay up, so he didn't even get the courtesy of dying in his sleep. The mafia held his eyes open and allowed leeches to attach themselves to Xhin's corneas. Once he was good and blind, they led him to the top of the stairs and told him a single word: "walk." Doing as he was told, Xhin took a step. He tumbled down the stairs, landed awkwardly on his model train set, broke his back and died after 10 excruciating minutes.

Why am I being targeted? I simply took a guess in the last round that was in no way, shape or form targeted at someone for how they normally act on the site. (nme)

On a more serious note, I see no reason for me getting targeted other than making a horrible guess on an inactive person.

Why switch to Ghowilo then? Is it because we were so adamant about lynching him a few day rounds ago? But the governor stopped it... Why wouldn't the governor stop it again, resulting in a wasted day round?

But then why not get a jump at her earlier rather than hopping aboard other lynch trains? Or just now going after her when she puts her vote for you? Counter-voting and sudden aggressiveness tend to be tell-tale signs. (Although I will admit the 'voting for them based on a dream vision' thing is out there... but it wouldn't be the first time I've seen that done in this game, sadly.)

Voting for Ghowilo will most likely result in the Governor preventing a lynch. Unless they've changed their mind since the last time they saved him.

Round 1 - General suspicion but not much for a lynch
Round 2 - Ghowilo seemed like a better option after I questioned his story.
Round 3 - Basically dead round. Could have tried to pull something here but the ballot forger may have caused trouble.
Round 4 - Came back to the thread ~40 minutes prior to endround, with 7 votes on Hindy.

Given that she's trying to start a vote against me, and no one else seems have any real leads, this seems like a good time.

Well, Lady Flare was one of the ones to quickly jump on the Hindenburg bandwagon but then again I'm not sure how seriously you can take that being that practically everyone did that.

Some mafia member have had to been apart of that bandwagon though...

I'm feeling kind of suspicious of this entire vote, counter-vote thing going on. Though Speedy has been a little off. It's not enough to get me to vote for him, but I'm just saying... compared to other rounds and other games, he's much more... Speedy?

Though the problem we have at the moment is that a mislynch only helps the Mafia. We are currently at 5 - 8.

Day 5: Mislynch 5 - 7
Night 5: Mafia Kill 5 - 6
Day 6: We're at a do or die moment.

I'm not ready to cast a vote yet knowing that.

Voting for you Dooku was a little random, I admit. The past rounds have been so uneventful. I wanted to stir up some conversation. I didn't want to vote for Ghowilo because the Governor had saved him once. And he had voted for Lightvayne and I didn't want to start a bandwagon on him with the fourth reply. And I really didn't think people would vote for you because I did without any apparent reason. As for Chiefsonny last round, it was again a stab in the dark, hence the dream part. Sometimes my subconscious can pick out Mafia better than my reasoning self.
