game 36 night 3

After the drama of losing Mew and the controversary reguarding Pikachu's interrogation of Lancer ("Persian"), nobody slept easy tonight. Least of all, hezekiah.

Unable to sleep, Hez decided to go for a walk in the nearby forest. Little did he know that a certain "Scratch-Cat" was following him. Meowth, with one of his infamous inventions, attempted to capture hez. Luckily, the invention, as they typically do, blew up. Unluckily, it was in Hez's face that it exploded, knocking him out. The startled Meowth ran off.

When his unconsious body was found in the morning, everybody could only cry in frustration, and put him into Box 2. He may have been a great healer, but Hezekiah, Celebi couldn't save himself.

I investigated Jo last night and his role came back as Darkrai. Whether or not I was targeted by Darkrai, we have to take a chance.

I'm sure to not make it through the night at this point, so best of luck, Mons!

Hrmm...I feel like the chances of Darkrai hitting you last night are pretty close to 75%...that's an entirely made-up percentage, but I definitely think it's much more likely than not that you were targeted last night so I'm more inclined to treat the Jo Nathan one as an Innocent verdict than a Guilty one. I guess the Mafia could be trying to next-level us (since I suppose Darkrai only reverses the results rather than mess them up entirely), but that's pretty counter-intuitive.

I definitely want to lynch someone today and Jo is on the table for that, but the check result just isn't definitive like it would be normally. I also want to take a look at the ones who have barely posted, like FAW and Xhin.

^ This. Assuming Roxas and lancer aren't Rockets and trolling us magnificently, then that'd make the list of Innocents those two and Jo. And maybe me. Maybe. Probably. That leaves a roundabout 60% chance of hitting a Rocket. Might as well take the chance.

The chances of Darkrai hitting Roxas last night-round are close to 100% in my mind, given that he revealed yesterday-round. Therefore, any results he gets from now on, we have to assume they're Darkrai'd. That said, something's niggling me about what Frustro said above -- specifically the "maybe me" part...

I don't know if that's something I would find suspicious. Whenever someone lists a bunch of people who they think are probably innocent, it always feels weird trying to include themselves on the list, and I think Frustro was just using wording that was kind of poking fun at the situation.

Night 3-

After some back and forth, and some jockying by Lancer, Roxas, and Jathan, it was finally decided that Xhin would be the eliminated party.

Everybody gathered at the arena as Xhin prepared to battle his acuser, Frustro. There would be no frustration for Frustro, as he easily knocked out Xhin. Everybody held their breath as Frustro placed Xhin into the box, anticipating what pokemon would show up. A single wrong knock-out could spell dissaster.

The air seemed to leave the room, as Frustro's eyes widened. Next thing he knew, he was screaming in joy at the image of Xhin, Meowth, on the screen. The rangers would live to see another day.

'Eeeyyy~! Alrighty, I'll probably be knocked out along with Roxas, so go after Black Yoshi next round. His flimsy excuse to counter my vote against Xhin made him look seriously suspicious to me.
