To deterine the cop's verdict. A third of the players are Mafia. So I'm going to draw a card. If it's a 3, 6, or 9 guilty otherwise innocent.

So there are 9 living player. 3 of them are Mafia (1/3). So I'm going to draw a card. If it's a 3, 6, 9, or Q the verdict is Guilty. Otherwise It's Innocent.

Assuming you can't roll more than 100: Anything betweenand 33 and 67 is guilty
