Greetings, Xhin and hezekiah and FAW! With your powers combined, you form the dastardly Mafia and it is your objective to eliminate the town! Let's get to know one another, shall we?

Xhin - Godfather - Classic role rules apply. You appear innocent in investigations and your command is final for your team's actions.

hezekiah - Spotter - Each night, you are allowed to mark one player. That player's role will be revealed to your team. Additionally, any marked targets will offer your Sniper additional benefits.

FAW - Sniper - Any night, you may select one player to assassinate. Choosing a target marked by your Spotter will guarantee a kill and your identity will remain secret. However, if you select a target that has not been marked yet, you only have a 50% chance of killing them as well as a 50% chance of giving your identity away. Additionally, you cannot assassinate marked targets until the night after they have been marked.

I think that Thunder is likely to be the cop. I think the Doctor will come to the same conclusion and try to save him, which means he's a good kill target for tomorrow night regardless. So, not worth checking.

I just wanted to mark people that we definitely wanted to kill just so we could avoid me being revealed (since there's a 50% chance of that if they're unmarked) until we were in a comfortable position.

Cuz with my luck, I'll miss and be revealed LOL

Point I'm making is we can just mafia kill the definite targets, which keeps the Doctor from following Hawkeye's tip about us wanting to kill said future target (in this case, WT).

I expect that tomorrow you will snipe Feral and we will mafia kill WT.

I guess the question is do we want to kill Chief tonight or keep him around to continue to confuse the town? If we kill him tonight there's no cop results for him... Just in case the psychiatrist decides to believe him and cure him tonight.

Then there's Feral, which I'm still not sure about his death. Cuz does his save save himself or will my sniper kill do him in no matter what? I say we mark White Thunder and kill a random like Knuckles, someone who hasn't been vey vocal so they won't really have anything to go on and the enduring chaos will cause fingers to point everywhere! BWHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA

There are way too many options for us:
Feral, the Doctor
Chief, the Cop
Ghowilo, Hawkeye

Then there's the Drunk, Psych, Ditto and 3 townies: Knux, Rocky, lancer, Thunder, Vandy, Ophelia.


I think Feral probably saved himself last night and therefore can't do so tonight. So he'd choose Chief or Ghow for tonight. My money's on Chief, given that the Psych now knows who he needs to cure. So I'd go for sniping Feral (we're ABSOLUTELY sure of his role), and nightkilling Ghow. I'm inclined to spot Xhin, to protect him should our attempt on Ghow fail. We'd still have 2 known roles to Snipe in that case (Hawkeye, Cop), so giving up one check to protect one of our own seems worthwhile.

We also need to be aware of what the Ditto might do, but I don't see why it should factor into our decision at all.

I have a feeling by the Ditto is going to target Ghowlio do then they'll still have their Hawkeye, which could be annoying... And knowing Feral he probably did protect himself last night... Though I have a feeling that he didn't.

And I think either spotting Xhin or Chief is a good idea, especially if we Nightkill Ghow and the Ditto copied him. Then it'll be like "whaaaa we already knew this role" for Chief or protection for Xhin

Go team! I'm updating forum stuff now (stickies, announcements). I figure I'll ask tonight for the Ditto to reveal his identity if he copied Ghow. He probably took Feral, but worth a try.

I expect a role claim. We should be ready if one happens. Obviously Xhin would claim townie, but FAW and I don't have it quite so easy.

So I had misremembered how the sniper works, thinking it was "pick a person and a role", not "pick a person who was Spotted"... How would you feel about taking the night off, FAW? Xhin is probably the highest profile of us, which is fine since he has no powers.

I think we should kill chief tonight and assume Ditto missed last night. I'm leaning towards spotting Ophelia, someone not too valuable to the town but still a known innocent. Thoughts?

I think FAW should do it assuming we don't go for a blind snipe. With Xhin having suspicion, he's more likely to be targeted by the Drunk. It definitely shouldn't be me, we don't want to get both actions swallowed up.

Dunno whether it was the Ditto Cop or the Drunk that stopped our kill. We'll see what people say.

One idea: I raise suspicion of Xhin. Xhin claims Psych. Real Psych counter claims. Real Psych gets lynched. That'd give us another night with FAW's power.

I'll proceed along those lines, since you haven't bothered to chime in since... Friday...

Yep, Thunder definitely Ditto'd Feral to become the Doctor. And he's off limits for a kill tonight because he saved chief last night, and will almost surely target himself.

I figure we should snipe Ophelia since she's a safe target now, and probably kill chief because now he can't be saved by the Doc.

Our goal for today is to lynch Knuckles instead of Xhin, they're clearly the two big targets. Xhin needs to get the first claim, showing activity. It may be believable that he missed the N2 cure, which would cast doubt on lancer's alignment. Hopefully chief says who he targeted soon, so we have more to work with.

Obviously you should snipe Ophelia tonight, the only target available.

I'll definitely be spotting a power role, either WT's Doc or Knux's Psych. I think Knux makes more sense, in general WT is probably more likely to save himself than not.

Since chief was saved last night he's not able to be saved tonight. So obviously we take this opportunity to kill him. I think it should be me to make the kill, your thoughts?

Then again, if WT saved himself tonight he can't do so tomorrow. So I'm leaning towards spotting him instead. I think you're probably sniping the rest of the game, even if I haven't spotted your targets.

We win if Vandy or WL dies. Ratio would be 3-2. We get 2 kills, WT can save 1. Ratio becomes 2-2 or better, making a Mafia win.

We should both try to dump as much of our thoughts in here, in case one of ends up being the lynch target; gives the other more to work with for making decisions.

Vandy does seem like the more likely person we could get lynched. I'm gonna take it slow though, don't want to look too eager. If I can get by with following WT or Knux I'll do so, since they're confirmed innocents. Defer to their authority and all that.

I kinda want to really strongly ally myself with lancer here. I figure it'd either:

1) Make Knux and WT think I'm mafia with wl trying desperately to not let lancer die, pointing at me and him as the 2 mafia.

2) Act like I'm convinced it's you and Vandy as the mafia, making it you today -> WT tonight -> Vandy tomorrow -> Knux tomorrow night. Danger here comes from WT managing to save himself.

But, I don't think I need to. Knux is still on the wl train and we should be able to hop on board without getting our tickets checked.

I'm leaning towards trying to kill Thunder tonight, need to make sure he's out of the picture ASAP:

If he saves himself tonight (N5), he can't save himself tomorrow (N6). That coupled with lynching Vandy or wl would take it to 1-2. The next day it'd be up to Knux to decide between me and wl or Vandy.

If he DOES die tonight, then it'll be 1-3 tomorrow and whichever of them dies I can kill the other to make it 1-1 and win that way.

Your thoughts?
