{planet}The Story
Prologue
For reasons known only before the accident, humanity has built a second space station in orbit of the planet Euthimius. When the native Euthanoids assaulted the station to drive back the human invaders something went wrong, now everyone has lost their memory and with the Euthanoids natural state being a human appearance it is impossible to tell from looks just who might be human and who alien.
As the crew awaken, EarthGov declares the station lost and intends to send no resuce... It seems, human or alien, the only way out of this is to eliminate the other species presence before they do the same to you.
Round 1
The euthanoids and humans alike awake to find themselves with no memory of who they are or what they're doing. Whilst the aliens quickly regain portions of their memory through their telepathic link and soon come to realise just what they are capable of, the humans use items on their person to figure out their role in the station. Both sides however, despite lacking memory of their desires and goals, feel an overriding need to kill the other species.
Round 2
Someone finds a way to communicate with the entire station as all the doors lock for the duration of Containment Procedures.
Round 3
Not everyone respects the containment procedures as someone wakes up a mysterious force.
Round 4
The computer declares a station wide failure in containment protocols. Clearly very few people are interested in staying put. Meanwhile first blood is drawn, although sadly no one was killed.
Round 5
Events on the planet cause radiation levels to rise, the mysterious force warns all to leave them be whilst someone becomes violent in the Hangar Bay.
Round 6
Investigations continue into who the alien foes could be as radiation levels on the planet become dangerous.
Round 7
Nothing reportable happens and the station computer decides to replay some old historical documentaries... WAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!
Round 8
Station 17's computer terminates Speed Bike Pro, marking the first death since the amnesia incident.
Round 9
The Station continues its killing rampage and terminates MajorasMask9, the second death since the amnesia incident.
Round 10
The first true death of the game as the player formerly known as Shadowwalked becomes a headless corpse.
Round 11
Combat erupts in one location as the situation on the planet seemingly worsens. What could be going on down there?
Round 12
The station's computer terminates Castrael and Kyon.
Round 13
Combat continues in isolated sections of the Station.
Round 14
Nothing new to report.
Round 15
Apollo Justice meets with an unfortunate fate and becomes the second casualty in the war with the aliens (as opposed to the computer's killing spree).
Round 16
A hull breach ejects several players into the void of space. I hope they find their way back, it's a rather cold out there.
Round 17
Hindenburg is lost to the void of space.
Round 18
Pirate_Ninja is killed, only six players remain!
Round 19
The station's computer detects a Hive Queen onboard!
Round 20
Helius the Cyborg self-terminates.
Round 21
The hive continues to expand.
Round 22
The hive completely consumes CnC resulting in the loss of any features it provided.
Round 23
The hive begins an expansion into the power core's room.
Round 24
The hive overruns the power core, fortunately it does not seem to be interfering with power generation.
Round 25
Unknown biomatter continues is unrelenting spread and begins corrupting the Emergency Corridor.
Round 26
The hive continues its spread into the Emergency Corridor.
Round 27
The hive fully infests the Emergency Corridor.
Round 28
The hive begins its expansion into the Research Lab.
Round 29
Chiefsonny is murdered!
Round 30
Xhin, having previously been ejected into space, dies from lack of oxygen.
Round 31
The station computer begins detaching the War Room and Comms Tower.
Round 32
The War Room and Comms Tower are detached. The Station Computer begins detaching the Research Lab and Oxygen Scrubber.
Round 33
The Research Lab and Oxygen Scrubber are detached. The Station Computer begins detaching the Hangar and Security Station.
Round 34
The hangar and Security Station are lost. The computer begins detaching CnC.
Round 35
CnC is lost to space, the computer begins detaching the Locker Room and Gravity Generator.
Round 36
The station's computer ejects the Locker Room and Gravity Generator... Taking an unsuspecting Jo Nathan with them.
Epilogue
Jo Nathan, the final alien on-board Station 17.2, opens the Locker Room door in hopes of return to the Robotics Facility... He takes a step forward to carefully pass through the door when he suddenly bumps right into an energy barrier.
"Where did this come from?" He asks, confused by the mysterious energy barrier.
On the other side of the barrier, in the hive infested Emergency Corridor, LLight waves at the alien as Count Dooku the hiver steps into view. Having previously assimilated the evolution role from Chiefsonny his appearance is somehow different but there's no mistaking that hideous insect face. One final look at his foes is drawn to an end as the station's computer seals shut the emergency door on both sides before ejecting the Locker Room into the void of space. Of course, with the station's power rapidly running out and with no means to escape, LLight and Count Dooku shortly thereafter perished satisfied that they had saved both their races from the evil aliens.
The End???
........................................
Drifting through space trapped in the Locker Room for all eternity Jo Nathan feasts upon the corpse of Speed Bike Pro to keep himself alive. Perhaps one day, he would be freed by unsuspecting explorers... Perhaps... (But in terms of the game he died and lost).
