game 5 garden store

Garden Store

As you walk along the pavement (sidewalk) you notice the Garden Store, through the window you can see many exotic plants contained within pots and bags. If there was a horror movie no doubt the plants would be trying to kill you too, fortunately this is just a zombie apocalypse. Once inside you realise the Garden Store is quite small.

One zombie appears to be shambling aimlessly.

  • Central
    Central to the store are three isles of various plants.

  • North
    The currently locked door out and a smashed window. The window has a barricade of plants and small shelving in the way, some room has been cleared allow a single person to pass through at a time.

  • South
    The south side of the garden store has been completely broken. There is a wrecked, crumpled up car in here, with a zombie and human in bad shape inside of it. The zombie looks like roadkill, whereas the human is bleeding and looks in terrible shape. Dollar fills are flying about in the gaping hole in the wall.

    On the plus side, it now looks easier to pass to and from the garden store! But at what cost.. what cost indeed.

  • North[: Back onto the road.
  • North + East: Back on the road and running east into Dooku's House.
  • North + West: Back on the road and running west into the Grocery.

    Unfortunately I'm unable to continue hosting (a lot going on that requires my attention so I don't have enough time to devote to updating rounds). I'm trying to find someone to take over so that the game can continue, please bare with me :(

    Since I'm still playing, but I'm also hosting, I'm going to handicap myself so I can't sneak at all and I just madly try to destroy things (hey it's what I do every adventure game). Feel free to re-kill me. Brains.

    Xhin has been removed as host, Jo Nathan will be taking over for the rest of the game. Give him a bit of time to get around the tools and hopefully the game will get back to normal. Sorry about all of this, I tried my best to avoid this situation.

    Jo Nathan the zombie attacks!!! He swiftly lunges toward SDYoshi... but SDYoshi is able to dodge despite his broken state. Jo Nathan attempts to punch SDYoshi's neck wound to deliver a fatal blow, but SDYoshi easily parries this. Finally Jo Nathan attempts to grab SDYoshi's head and break his neck, but once again SDYoshi is able to fend him off. What a sad, sad excuse for a zombie...

    Jo Nathan, having been summoned for another purpose, vanishes in a puff of smoke.

    Meanwhile, LLight lumbers into the store, no doubt looking to buy SDYoshi some "I'm sorry I jammed you into a car and chucked you across town" flowers.... right?

    As this is my first time acting as host for the Adventure game, it is very possible I might have overlooked something. If you notice something I should have done but didn't, please let me know.

    Also given that the weekend has just started and people might not check back right away to see that the game has resumed, Round 14 will go on until Monday evening.

    Oh the horror! LLight approaches SDYoshi, picks him up, and heaves him toward the door to the Garden Store with all his might! SDYoshi's already broken body is no match for the blunt force trauma, and he perishes, a bloody mess on the ground outside the store. I guess if there is any lesson to be learned, it's "let the omega zombie win at tic-tac-toe."
