game 8 journalist thread

You are the Journalist. You're on the prowl for scandal; each night you can stake out someone's room, and if anything scandalous happens there, you will get information about it in this thread.

During the day round, you can then write a news article which I will post in the main thread. Your goal is to influence the Town to lynch people.

Alright. You stake out chiefsonny's house the first time, waiting all night to see if anything interesting happens, but chief's place is inactive and boring tonight.

Oh well here goes.

Headline: Mafia comes to town.

The town is eerily quiet tonight as the mafia just moved in. Citizens were advised to stay indoors.

Unfortunately the mafia has blended itself in with the town.

"I would recommend we vote to lynch someone today." Count Dooku said, "Even if we have no information. We need to get 18 people to vote for the SAME lynch target. "

"one of these days we should really kill someone on the first day to shake things up" Vandy said.

The town meets today to vote on who to lynch. Due to lack of information, it is expected to be a "no kill".

Well that's done. Unless, however, I should write about how I found nothing wrong about chief? Can I just say something like that?

Redack's house appears to be much more active than chief's house tonight. At different times during the night, you see Shadowwalked and `Roxas` enter Redack's house, and Redack himself left his home during the night, presumably to visit someone else.

Local resident goes missing.

Chiefsonny, age 69, has gone missing without a trace.

The community is in mourning, but a search party is being put together to look for Chief.

"That sucks!" Wild Luxray said. "Of all the people we lost, we had to lose cheif, one of our best minds."

Reports are also coming in that residents are getting more active.

Shadowwalked and 'Roxas' were seen entering Redack's house.

"I have some suspicions based on the previous round," Dragon in the Shadows said,"but I'm gonna keep them to myself for now."

Redack had left the home during the night, presumably to visit someone else.

You know this is actually really hard. I was pretty suprised being picked as a Journalist, seeing how my major is Journalism.

Problem is I want to put all of my teachings into the article with little to no info, it just doesn't work.
