Alright, I'll protect myself tonight.

Actually not an easy choice for me tonight, but I'll take a gamble and protect myself again.

Hoping the Martyr is alive and saves #85, and that the Mafia expect him to be protected. If they start taking potshots for the Doctor I don't want to get hit this early.

Oh HECK yes! I had a feeling I might get targeted.

The unfortunate thing about this is that now they've probably identified me as the Doctor--one of the reasons I prefer non-power roles most of the time is that I tend to get killed early. That means that the next three players to die are probably going to be me, the Martyr, and #85 (assuming he's the Cop), and the only way to slow it down would be to play some risky prediction games. If the Martyr sticks on #85 tonight, I'll be free to make a guess tonight and not lose #85, but if the Martyr dies (or is already dead), then a misguess on my part will be much more devastating. And of course, it's all a WIFOM situation because there's essentially an equal reason for believing they'd target me or #85 next.

I only counted 8 No Kill votes, so since Dragon counted 9 I'm assuming he's the DV. Good to know that because I can be pretty sure he's innocent. Assuming I survive tonight, that is; I'm trying to come to a final decision as I type this post out. This would be easier if I were sure the Martyr was still alive, because then I could be relatively certain #85 would survive the night if I protected myself. Wish I had pushed harder for a mass role reveal because I really think that's the way to go.

Anyway, I think I've decided to be selfish and protect myself again. But I'm still second-guessing that decision.

Xhin, just to be clear--there were 9 votes last round, the number required to end the round early, right?

Alright, 9 being the Mafioso was a little unexpected but not out of the realm of possibility in my book. I'm going to protect #85 tonight and hope that Feral is telling the truth.

If not, well, at least I'm bringing down another of the Mafia with me. ;)

I'm going to protect Feral tonight. As long as he protects me and I protect him, we should both be invincible. >:-}

I figure the Cop isn't as useful anymore since fully half of the Mafia is immune to him, and I think the role-claim has put this game on lockdown for the Town.

Okay, at this point the titles are just getting ridiculous. :P
