Have a login: setting that can either be set to "logins required", "logins optional" or "logins unneceasary" -- the first one is for projects that are reliant on logins, the second will check for a login and turn the pouch button into "login or register for pouch features" and the last one won't load pouch at all (but will still load libraries).
