Additionally, Brothers/Sisters don't need to actually physically use roots to xylempse, but I do like the metaphor here. Also root movement can amplify it in Nonaxe's case.
What happened to the tearsun that went into the tears-tree and why was it so strange to Kawan?
In 15-I, the "brother Unsaw is a greater danger" thread is a bit weak. Hmm maybe not though..
You must become balanced isn't working plot-wise. The rest is great though.
Also in 17-I, temporal branches are *super* important and I might need to put in more explanation here or handle it more delicately. Same deal with life-branches.
"Felt" is ambiguous and looks like filtering sometimes, particularly if there's distance between instances of it. Using a different word (something about roots?) might make the most sense. I like repurposing the word xylem. Xylempsed perhaps.
There needs to be something somewhere about Source Ygg branches attracting things -- Qadira being melded, Aety joining the chimera, the tearsun attracting Kawan, Olivia being attracted to Myrddin in the other sense of the word, QT entering the swell at totality.
Later, and will come up again when I get there, but I'm overusing "balanced" and "imbalanced". There does need to be an explanation for why fae blood doesnt cause swells or chimeras, and obviously the U and AX plotlines are important, as well as Zoelle's issue with Faeheim, and also blood balancing for the tears-tree, but I need to handle this whole thing better. I also do need *some* because of the world tree being literally physically balanced.
