Hello, Trever.

I have been given word that you have been leaking information to Teddy-Son.

I'll let you go unpunished for that reply in the thread saying that `Roxas` is the real cop, but I have information that you leaked that Wild Luxray was the FBI Agent.

That's called "Dead Talk" if you are talking about game specifics after you are dead. That includes information outside of this forum (such as through a messenger). It ruins the basic idea that dead people can't talk. If you're dead, you're dead. You shouldn't be allowed to affect the game.

I'm also wondering if you have access to the Mafia panel and also revealed some roles to Teddy. Did you do this?

I thought that talking via IM was allowed since Redack and some others were doing so last two games, and it's not specified via rules. So my apologies.

That was a test and I deleted that asap.

I personally asked Xhin to remove my game panel access following the end of Star Wars Empire and it no longer appears on my mod central tools, so no chance there.

Immediately following my death I voiced suspicions to Teddy on Vandy and Shadowwalked, because I jokingly pointed them out. That was the evidence I had and told him.

All right.

In general, I haven't made it against the rules to IM and stuff since it would be nearly impossible to enforce, but there's a big difference between two people IMing each other while they are alive, and two people IMing each other while one of them is dead.

The reason it is different is because dead people (by nature of the dead thread) have access to more information than the average person playing the game does.

Now, this is a little bit different since your role hasn't been revealed and since Teddy is the fool, but imagine if the Cop were killed and then IMed someone his Cop results. That would be completely against the spirit of the game, so that is why that is.

Fair enough. If you see fit to keep me in Appeal until the game ends, I will accept that as punishment.
