Someone who is smart and quirky. They are all about academics and will not miss a day of school even if they are very ill. Most of them are wimpy and prefer to be in drama, chess, band, science club, or other higher learning extra curricular activities rather than athletics. They tend to make a lot of stupid pun jokes because they like to think they are clever with their word play. Most of them are shy, especially around the opposite sex, and tend to create awkward situations between themselves and others. They are usually the guy or girl that has three or more level 80 characters in World of Warcraft, or they might play paper and dice roleplaying games like Dungeons and Dragons. Sometimes they can be found stuffed in trash cans around high schools. I think all of us have a little nerd in us, but very few people are a full blown nerd.
